ENGRAVING -
Diamond engravers are professional engravers with over 20 years engraving experience and as part of their service offer our photo frames with engraving.  You have a choice of font styles, symbols you can add and if your would like your own design, you have the facility to upload your custom design to us.

By using our professional services you are assured of a top quality engraving finish using top of the range MOPA precision lasers. 

Your visual for approval
We want to make sure that we interpret your wishes correctly from the start, by emailing you with a visual to illustrate how the engraving will be presented on the Frame.  

Presentation boxes
As part of the service to make the gift extra special, we supply a presentation boxes which come with a message plate - so you can add a logo and a message to the recipient. For corporate awards and prizes, each message plate can be individually personalised with the recipient's name and any special message to them. if you would like this message plate service please let us know and we will contact you for the information.  We supply and engrave the message plate free of charge if you are having the photo frame engraved, otherwise there is a additional charge.

Delivery & Returns

All our products are supplied with a 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship and raw materials, 

Customers must notify the seller within 3 days of any fault with the goods that have been supplied together with the order reference, any images and supply a contact number.  Following this the customer service department will call  to discuss the fault with you and if applicable supply a goods return note to return the goods.  Failure to adhere to these instructions will make your claim invalid.

Once the faulty goods have been received and checked, a replacement will be issued.

All decorated, engraved, personalised goods are not eligible for return because of their bespoke nature.
