Diamond Engravers have a returns policy for defective material or workmanship on custom made products.  Any product however that is branded, engraved with the customers logo or text will not be elegible for any refund except when the item(s) are faulty/defective.   

Items that are custom made to a specific size and ordered against the size selected will not be eligible for an exchange, any standard off the shelf item will be eligible for exchange provided the item(s) are not personalised in any way.  Any item ordered in a given size and personalised will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

In the event of an exhange being agreed, it is the buyers responsibility to return the good(s) in the condition in which they were sold as new, in the original packaging, without any alteration.  It is the buyers responsibility to insure goods  in case of damage, any goods returned as damaged will not be exchanced or refunded.

There is a strict time limit from receipt of goods of 24 hours for the buyer to notify the seller( Diamond Engravers), of an issue with a produdt. The customer shall email wituout delay and not later than 24 hours after delivery by email to sales@diamondengravers.co.uk, referring to the order details, the reason for an exchange, or refund or replacement.

Any item ordered and personalied in any way cannot be exchanged unless there was an error with the engraving or that the product was damaged.  Please note all items are checked and photographed before despatch for quality control.
