The seller guarantees the products that are sold on it's online store for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase against faulty workmanship or materials.  Any fault reported by the buyer to the seller must in the first instance be emailed to the seller detailing the fault including pictures, the buyer must include proof of purchase, the date purchased.  If the fault is deemed to be an acceptable fault by the seller, the goods must be returned by the buyer to the seller for further inspection.   In such cases a goods return note will be issued to the buyer, which must be included in the return package. Following the inspection, if the product is deemed to be a result of faulty workmanship or material, the goods will either be replaced or a credit issued to the buyer.

Under no circumstances are goods to be returned without authorisation by the seller, the seller takes no responsibility for any goods returned with a returns note issued by the seller.
